• We'll send to you for review within a week of your purchase.
• You can ask for unlimited revisions, if any.
• Shipping and production times for print orders are approximately 7-14 business days for US orders and 7-21 days for international orders. During our busy season, the turnaround time may be longer.
• If you choose“digital files only“, you will receive a 16x20 JPEG files sent to your email( if you wantother sizes just let us know when you order).
• You can print the final portrait in a range of sizes and on paper or canvas at a print shop of your choice either locally or online.
• We can merge pets from different photos together in a portrait, You can upload multiple photos of each pet.

I work digitally because it's a flexible medium. I'm a trained painter, and spend as much time on my digital portraits as I would painting on canvas! The difference is, you get to see a proof. Change your mind about the color. Decide you want a larger size. With digital paintings, you are part of the revision process.
